From start to finish our excellent sales manager Chris Woods could not do enough for me and my wife in making sure everything went smoothly.He searched for the specific model and colour we were after and found us an absolute stunner.He kept us informed on when our vehicle would be ready after all its preparation and went through all the info system before we drove it away which was most helpful.All in all a superb experience and we hope to return in the future when new BYD models start to arrive as they are such quality motors.
The experience at EMG BYD Bury St Edmunds was fantastic because Tom was very polite, knew everything needed to know and has been in contact today to ensure all ok. We were very pleased with the all round experience. We went specifically for the car we purchased and were offered a test drive straight away. Items we said no to was because we had made it clear at the outset exactly what we wanted and things we needed to discuss. Ford are our preferred manufacturer and which ever dealership have always had excellent service, aftercare service and trustworthy vehicle.
